Nature is beautiful. It is wild but still. It is patience. It is my home.

Along side ample amounts of experience in nature photography, I've had experience in maternity, couples, family sessions involving children, and many hours behind the lens photographing birds and wildlife, taking excessive amounts of patience. My experience however does not end with the smaller side of photography. Growing up, I was a barrel racer, as well as participating in dog training, and horse trainer, furthering my extensive amount of patience and love for all things living, no matter the size. Rodeo was a skill of respect, stillness, and patience. So livestock photo's is something very much on the table. And not limited. Reptiles, bugs, and everything classified as a pet is always welcome in my court ❤️

This is Lobo James, the German Shepherd

Lobo and I met in March of 2021 when he was just 6 weeks old. He is a full blood German Shepherd, and as you may have seen him pictured on my home page, there is a larger "picture" here. Stated, I began photography in 2016 using a phone camera, but something was missing. Lobo arriving in my life gave me a new found hope in my photography skills, especially animal portraits! He is my first real model, sitting still and focused on my lens at all times, patiently awaiting his portrait to be taken. He has helped me broaden my horizons of fur color editing and correction, desired animal poses, athletic action shot abilities, and not to mention a fantastic hiking protector while out searching for wildlife to photograph. He is featured here on my page as a tribute to my love for animal photography, and to show how closely relatable I am as your future photographer in understanding the true meaning of "they aren't pets, they are family", and "I do have children, mine just has paws". He has been a staple in my photography journey, and that will never change! No, he isn't gone, he's just that special, I'm sure you understand ~Sadie and Lobo
